We back up your servers and virtual machines with Veeam Backup & Replication, automated and following the 3-2-1 rule: three copies, two media, one off-site in a German data center. At least one copy is stored immutably, so even ransomware can neither encrypt nor delete it. Every backup is monitored.
Microsoft 365 backed up separately
With Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 we back up Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams independently of Microsoft. Deleted emails, overwritten files, or a compromised account can be restored quickly, down to individual items.
Tested recovery and an emergency plan
A backup that has never been restored is a risk. We test recovery at fixed intervals and document the results. In an emergency we start critical systems directly from the backup via instant recovery, aiming for under 15 minutes instead of days.

What is the 3-2-1 backup rule?
Three copies of your data, on two different media types, one of them off-site. We implement it with Veeam: locally on a NAS, in a German Hetzner data center, and optionally in the cloud as well. That keeps your data safe even in the event of ransomware, fire, or hardware failure.
How fast are we back online after an outage?
We aim for a recovery time under 15 minutes for critical systems. Using instant VM recovery, we start affected servers directly from the backup, so you keep working in minutes, not days.
Do you also back up Microsoft 365?
Yes. Microsoft runs its services with high availability, but deleted or encrypted data is gone once retention periods expire. With Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 we add a separate, versioned backup of your mailboxes and your OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams data, stored in the EU.
