Instead of one-off firefighting, we look after your systems continuously and proactively, using the tools Microsoft 365 already includes: Entra ID for accounts and access, Intune and Windows Autopilot for devices, Microsoft Defender for protection, and Purview for data protection and compliance. Much of this is already part of your licenses, for example Microsoft 365 Business Premium, and simply isn't being used. You have one fixed contact who knows and documents your environment. No anonymous call center, no ticket roulette.
What managed IT includes
Microsoft 365 set up cleanly and managed
Mailboxes, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; users, groups, and permissions in Entra ID; separate admin accounts and the right licenses without over-licensing. Your tenant sits in the EU data region, configured in line with GDPR. It is managed by a Microsoft-certified expert in Microsoft 365 and device management.
Devices with Intune and Autopilot
New laptops set themselves up via Windows Autopilot the first time they are switched on, with your apps, settings, and security policies. Through Intune we manage all Windows PCs and smartphones centrally: updates, BitLocker encryption, compliance rules, and app protection for personal devices, without full access to anyone's private phone.
Helpdesk, onboarding, and monitoring
Your staff reach us directly, with clear response times during business hours. New colleagues have their account, license, and device from day one, and leavers are locked out cleanly and completely, automated if you like. At the same time we monitor your systems continuously and often step in before you notice anything.

Frequently asked questions
Do you replace our internal IT?
Either is possible. We run IT operations entirely for companies without their own IT, or we complement and relieve an existing team in the areas where specialist knowledge or capacity is missing.
Do we need Microsoft 365 Business Premium?
For many companies with up to 300 employees, yes. Alongside the Office apps, Business Premium includes Intune, Entra ID P1 with Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender for Business, and Purview information protection. We review your current licenses and only recommend what you actually need.
Windows 10 is no longer supported. What now?
Since October 2025, Windows 10 only receives paid security updates (ESU). We plan your move to Windows 11: we check which devices are compatible, replace the rest selectively, and set up new devices via Autopilot and Intune, so your team keeps working without long interruptions.
Our environment has grown organically. Can you take it over?
Yes, that is the normal case. We start with an assessment of your tenant and devices, for example with the Microsoft 365 Security Check, and then bring order to it step by step without disrupting your day-to-day operations.
Do you also work on-site?
We are remote-first, which resolves most issues quickly. When it is needed, we come on-site in the Erzgebirge area and the surrounding region.
